Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The powershell task "AWS Tools for Windows Powershell Script" imports every available module that it can find. Even if we just need 1 or 2 modules. This takes considerable time and increases our deployment lag time.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to be able to choose which modules are installed when you run an Azure DevOps powershell release. This will dramatically speed up deployment time.

Research direction
Start at the implementation of the “AWS Tools for Windows Powershell Script” task and trace how it discovers and imports modules during an Azure DevOps release. Add a way to select modules for installation, then verify that a release uses only the selected modules and that deployment time is reduced.
