Enable the option "Scan on Push" for Amazon ECR Push Task

Ideally I would like to be able to enable "Scan on Push" on the ECR when using "Amazon ECR Push" Task.
Would make it easier to enable the feature to scan images on push

Have a selection box to enable/diable "Scan on Push" on the AWS ECR.

Start at the Amazon ECR Push task configuration and its AWS ECR integration. Check how task options are exposed and how ECR settings are passed, then verify that a selection box controls Scan on Push and that the option is applied when the task runs.
