Python Boto and boto3 task

Hello,
Can we take a branch copy of the Microsoft Python task for running Python scripts for AWS in the same way that we have the Powershell Task for AWS.

We just need to have the ability to run using the credentials task helper and to install boto and boto3

Start by locating the existing Microsoft Python task and the PowerShell Task for AWS, then compare how the credentials task helper is used. Done means an AWS Python task can run scripts with the helper and install boto and boto3; verify it against the corresponding task behavior.
