Support scala codebase for SDK v2 migration tool

### Describe the feature

Currently the [migration tool](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-java/latest/developer-guide/migration-tool.html) for migrating from v1 to v2 is only supported for Java codebases.
Can we also support Scala codebases which are using sdk v1?

### Use Case

This will greatly simplify migration from AWS SDK v1 to v2 for .scala files which are currently not supported by the migration tool.
