Feature request: Python sample project containing a scheduled task event

I wish there was a scheduled task template that is designed to work with python runtimes.

### Proposal

When creating a sam project that utilizes python, you cannot currently create a scheduled task, any template that is cabaple of working with python should be able to be used with the python runtime.

No files or tests are named. Compare the existing Python sample projects with the scheduled-task templates and determine which template or event configuration is missing; the work is done when a SAM project using a Python runtime can be created with a scheduled task and the sample works as intended.
