Support for creating cross-region replication?

Description
I don't see a mechanism for enabling cross-region replication in the table configuration syntax, and searching for `region` or `replication` in the repository doesn't show anything like what I see in the [Java SDK](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/V2globaltables.tutorial.html) example.
