Feature Request: Additional listeners on the LB for LoginNode pools

Login nodes, as implemented right now, only handle ssh/port 22.
It would be helpful if the configuration also provided an option to forward port 443 (and perhaps, terminate ssl encryption at the load balancer)

For our use case, we want to run PositWorkbench on the LoginNodes. I am sure there multiple different use cases (vscode server, jupiter, etc)

Start by locating the LoginNode load balancer configuration and the existing SSH/port 22 listener handling. Review how configuration options and SSL termination are represented, then define the supported behavior for forwarding port 443 and verify it against the PositWorkbench, VS Code Server, and Jupyter use cases. Done means the requested listener behavior is configurable and documented.
