Feature-Increase Lambda's payload limit to 10 MB

**Description**
Lambda's current request/response payload limit for buffered responses is 6 MB, a [hard limit](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/gettingstarted-limits.html). Increasing the payload limit to 10 MB would match that of API Gateway's.
