Description
Hello,
I have reading the documentations thoughtfully, and I spotted quite few tools that either unmaintained or too old.
For instance [dockerfile_lint](https://github.com/aws/aws-eks-best-practices/blob/master/content/security/docs/image.md?plain=1#L166) was updated last time four years ago, it would make sense to mention for example [hadolint](https://github.com/hadolint/hadolint), etc.

Research direction
Start with content/security/docs/image.md, especially the dockerfile_lint reference around the linked line, and compare it with the suggested hadolint tool. Review the surrounding documentation for other outdated or unmaintained tools; done means the affected references are updated with suitable maintained alternatives.
