Description
Currently staging site at https://aws.github.io/aws-durable-execution-docs/ only builds on merge to main.
It would be handy for PR reviewers to see site preview.
Maybe add a deploy-to-staging action on PR create IF author is known, with manual override/option to deploy when repo maintainer allows it to see preview.
