Feature: optionally generate a build pipeline (GitHub Actions?) for code and IaC

It would be super cool if this tool had the ability to optionally generate a build pipeline.
I'm thinking that GitHub Actions might be a good integration? So it could create GHA Workflow(s) in the same repo as the code, set up Secrets as needed, etc.
Would be perfect if it could set up both a code deployment Workflow and an IaC Workflow.

Start by reviewing how this tool currently deploys .NET applications to AWS and how it handles infrastructure as code. Clarify the supported GitHub Actions workflows, required secrets, and whether both code deployment and IaC deployment are in scope; done should mean the requested workflows can be generated in the target repository.
