snap channel v2/stable not up to date

### Describe the bug

The [AWS CLI snap](https://snapcraft.io/aws-cli) channel for v2 is not up to date with the most recent minor version of the CLI.

### Expected Behavior

The current version of the CLI available via the `v2/stable` channel would be 2.36.15 as of 2026-08-03.

### Current Behavior

The `v2/stable` channel is stuck at version 2.35.21 as of 2026-05-04.
