Research direction

Open runtimes.ts and follow the existing runtime-entry pattern for the listed Python Selenium versions. Confirm all four requested runtimes are represented with their stated Python, Selenium, and Chromium versions; done means users can select syn-python-selenium-8.0 through syn-python-selenium-11.0.
