aws-cloudfront: Support for adding Test Events and run before publishing in CloudFront Functions

As part of this feature, developer should be able to create test event using CDK instead of running through CLI to run against any stage of application.

### Use Case

I am creating CloudFront Function using CDK, but to create test event to safely deploy/publish, I want to run few test events which add manual process or use of different lambda using aws-sdk
