Description
### Describe the feature
As part of this feature, developer should be able to create test event using CDK instead of running through CLI to run against any stage of application.
### Use Case
I am creating CloudFront Function using CDK, but to create test event to safely deploy/publish, I want to run few test events which add manual process or use of different lambda using aws-sdk

Research direction
No repository files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the AWS CDK CloudFront Functions implementation and its existing deployment or publishing tests, then define how CDK-created test events should run before publishing. Done means developers can create and run test events through CDK against a CloudFront Function stage without the described manual CLI or separate Lambda workflow.
