init-template: support esm in typescript init-template or add new init-template with ts and esm

it would be nice to have a typescript init-template with out of the box support for esm

### Use Case

More and more node libraries switch over to ESM.

### Proposed Solution

Create a new init-template for typescript that contains all settings to support esm directly.
