(glue-alpha): Support for database resource link

### Describe the feature

When using lakeformation is possible to create a resource link from a database.

This PR seemed that was covering exactly taht, but was closed, but it's exactly what I need:

### Use Case

I want to leverage CDK to create resource links as code. Currently I'm able to grant cross accounts permissions via CDK-but I miss the final bit, that is the resource link creation.
