Add links to v2 documentation from Python v1 documentation

### Describe the issue

Currently only the TypeScript v1 docs link to their v2 counterparts. This makes it frustrating when working with the Python docs since you cannot easily get from the v1 docs to the v2 docs. You also cannot easily get from the Python docs to the TypeScript docs.

Review the Python v1 documentation pages and the existing TypeScript v1 links to their v2 counterparts. Add navigation from the Python v1 docs to the v2 and TypeScript documentation across the affected pages, then verify that the links are present throughout the documentation.
