[stepfunctions-tasks] complete codebuild parameters support

Step functions already supports codebuild task. But current L2 only supports `EnvironmentVariablesOverride`. There are still many parameters for codebuild task, for example, the source version.

Start with the Step Functions CodeBuild L2, which currently exposes EnvironmentVariablesOverride, and review the linked AWS Step Functions CodeBuild integration documentation. Identify the remaining CodeBuild task parameters, including source version, that the L2 should expose. Done means the supported parameters are available through the task construct and existing behavior remains compatible.
