Not able to see option to enter lambda alias in appsync ap-south-1

Hi,

I am currently using AWS Lambda with AppSync, and I want to versionize my Lambda. However, when I try to do so, I encounter an issue where I am unable to attach my Lambda alias in AppSync.

I am aware that in the AppSync datasource dropdown, my Lambda won't be visible. There used to be a hyperlink called "Can't see your function?" that would help with this, but it seems to be missing in my AWS account.
