Research direction
Start by reviewing the EKS ingress, App Mesh, and ELB listener configuration described in the report, including the port 80 listener and absence of a certificate. Confirm whether the browser prompt and privacy warning can be reproduced through the ELB DNS name; done requires identifying the responsible configuration or documenting that this setup is unsupported.
