[BUG] CF Template: Deploy services to ECS failed to complete the ColorGatewayService and ColorTellerRedService

**Describe the bug**
Deploy services to ECS failed to complete the ColorGatewayService and ColorTellerRedService with Resource timed out waiting for completion (RequestToken: ...)

**Platform**
ECS/AWS::ECS::Service

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'aws-app-mesh-examples/examples/apps/colorapp/ecs'
2. run ./ecs-colorapp.sh
3. Took long time before timeout.
No error message and just timed out.

**Expected behavior**
successful CF task or clear error what stopped to create

**Additional context**
Add any other context about the problem here.

Start in aws-app-mesh-examples/examples/apps/colorapp/ecs and run ./ecs-colorapp.sh to reproduce the CloudFormation ECS deployment timeout. Investigate why ColorGatewayService and ColorTellerRedService remain incomplete, then verify that the task completes successfully or reports a clear failure reason.
