Specify the log retention time for the autogenerated log group

**Tell us about your request**
App Runner automatically creates logs, but doesn't let you specify the log retention time. It would be great if an optional parameter could be added to set the log group retention time.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I have considered manually setting the retention time after the creation, but there isn't a great way to automate that.
