Provide an alternative to AppSync in App Runner by supporting GraphQL requests

What do you want us to build?
It would be great to have support for GraphQL (like AppSync currently does).

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
We currently use AppSync as a GraphQL server that resolves fields by passing on to a Lambda function that is configured as the Data Source. It would be nice if App Runner could also act as a GraphQL server and resolve fields by passing those requests onto our app.
