Custom domain cannot be created if longer than 64 chars

Hello, I am unable to create a custom domain if the subdomain contains dashes:

For example:
- creating a custom domain with an existing Route53 zone and a subdomain in the form `service-euw1` fail with create failed and no details
- creating a custom domain with an existing Route53 zone and a subdomain like `serviceeuw1` works as expected
