Instance search options for App Runner, e.g. with tags

**Tell us about your request**
You can currently only search by name in the App Runner overview. There is no option to search for tags in the overview. This is a downside, especially if you run many services there.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I have looked at AWS Resource Groups & Tag Editor and AWS Resource Explorer as an alternative for searching.
AWS Resource Groups & Tag Editor:
It is also not possible to create a resource group, as App Runner is not supported there either. App Runner is not listed in the resource types. The App Runner resource type is also not available in the Tagging section of the AWS Resource Groups.
AWS Resource Explorer:
Only the search for apprunner:vpcconnector is possible there

**Additional context**
In my opinion, searching for tags would really improve the daily work with App Runner, as you can also search for specific tags and you are not limited to the naming
