**Tell us about your request**

An interface in the AWS Console mobile app; at a minimum, with the ability to:
* Pause/resume deployments
* Trigger manual deployments
* Change environment variables/service configs

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

A custom shell script invoking the `pause-`/`resume-service` CLI commands, that I'm relegated to running remotely over SSH via Siri Shortcuts 🙃
