Description
**What would you like to be enhanced**:
Add support for hpc instance types which have been around since at least 8/2023 (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/hpc/deep-dive-into-hpc7a-the-newest-amd-powered-member-of-the-hpc-instance-family/)
**Why is the change needed and what use case will it solve**:
We would like to include these instances in Karpenter in order to spin them up within our EKS clusters.
