Amazon SSM agent will not install on windows hosts to other than the default directory

I've tried installing the agent a few times with a different drive letter instead of the default and even pre-created the directory and the agent will only install into the default c:\program files\Amazon\SSM folder

I've looked for the command line options to see if I can specify a path for the agent but there doesn't seem to be any documentation for the options.

Reproduce the installation on a Windows host using a non-default drive and a pre-created target directory. Start by identifying the installer’s supported command-line options and existing installation documentation; done means the alternate directory is supported or the limitation and correct option are clearly documented.
