### Issue Description
EC2InsufficientCapacityError: Instance type 'ml.g5.48xlarge' is temporarily unavailable in supported availability zones [euw1-az1]. Try again in a few minutes, or try a different instance type.
I have created the jupyterlab space 5 days ago with ml.g5.48xlarge and storage of 95GB and done model training for 3 days and then stopped the space last night but now I am not able to start the space. I am trying with different instance type such as ml.t3.medium or ml.g5.xlarge but I still get the same error of ml.g5.48xlarge
### Expected Behavior
I should be able to run space
### Observed Behavior

Research direction
No repository files, tests, or code entry points are identified; this is a report of an Amazon SageMaker Studio capacity error for an ml.g5.48xlarge space in euw1-az1. Start by reviewing the reported instance-type and availability-zone details. Done would require a confirmed resolution for starting the space, but the issue provides no implementation scope.
