UI Bug in template selection screen of "Create Project" workflow in SageMaker Projects

### Issue Description

When creating a new project in SageMaker Projects, the Name and Description columns values are cut off on the template selection screen and there is no way to extend the size of the columns or scroll.

This effectively prevents the user from reading long template names and descriptions, see screenshot for observed behavior!

### Expected Behavior

The template selection should be full width and allow scrolling or extending the size if the values in a cell are too big
