Unable to open links to files in Traceback, getting "No file system handle registered" error

Create notebook, import python file


click on the ~/my_import.py:2 link to get to location of error and you get



### Expected Behavior

Clicking the link opens the file in studio

### Observed Behavior

error pops up.
Note that the error doesn't happen when pasting the link in the Terminal

Start by reproducing the issue in Amazon SageMaker Studio with the attached br.tgz sample: create a notebook, import the Python file, and click the ~/my_import.py:2 traceback link. Compare this with pasting the link in Terminal and review the linked VS Code issue. Done means the traceback link opens the file in Studio without the “No file system handle registered” error.
