### Description

In the dropdown to select a custom filesystem to mount, if the EFS has a tag called "Name", this value should be shown instead of the current file system id. That would be consistent with the EFS console UX.

Research direction

Start from the Amazon SageMaker Studio custom filesystem attachment dropdown described in the issue and inspect how available EFS file systems are presented. Verify the expected behavior against the EFS console UX: when an EFS file system has a Name tag, the dropdown should show that value instead of its file-system ID.
