Training jobs tab contains 50 jobs and there is no filter.

When I open
`https://studio-d-foo.studio.us-west-2.sagemaker.aws/jobs`
It contains a table with 5 pages of 10 jobs. We have thousands of jobs. There is no filter anywhere to be seen. Job names are truncated and have no hint on hover, you have to resize every column of the table to see anything. Performance tab never has any data and says `You don't have any Performance`.

Whatever this view is it is a joke and should be removed if not fixed.
