### Description
We should have emacs and vim editors provided in JupyterLab terminal.
emacs and vim IDEs are provided in Amazon SageMaker Classic. My organization is transitioning to Amazon SageMaker Studio. Here, in JupyterLab terminal, emacs is missing. Can you continue to provide both emacs and vim in JupyterLab terminal? Can you also upgrade emacs version (currently 27.2) provided in SageMaker Classic? emacs has just released version 30.2
Emacs is a very powerful editor. It is open source and free. Many users will find it beneficial. I use it in my workflow.
