### Issue Description

Iam unable to select lower storage for my space in Amazon SageMaker Studio AI Jupyter Lab. I created this space with initial 5GB storage, then assigned 50GB in between but now iam unable to select any storage value below 50GB.

Should be able to select lower storage for space than the previously assigned one.
