### Description
I see myself running sagemaker-jumpstart in bursts when I need them. I typically start an instance, use it for a few hours at a stretch and shutdown when the work (to save on cost) is done through GUI. I do all of this manually in GUI.
When I have to restart, I go through same multistep startup process again.
I am requesting ability to save template so that the restart process can be a single click instead of multistep process.
I am not sure it currently allows for it in any in the GUI itself.

Start by reviewing the Amazon SageMaker Studio JumpStart startup workflow and the existing GUI steps described in the issue. Determine whether saved templates are already supported, then define the template contents and verify that a saved configuration can restart the workflow with one click.
