### Issue Description

I have created I JupyterLab Space, and trying to open it in vs code with the open in vs code button. However, it does not work as whe AWS Toolkit extension says "Connecting to Dev Environment requires the Remote SSH extension ('ms-vscode-remote.remote-ssh' of version >=0.74.0) to be installed and enabled." but I have already installed the version 0.120.0.
