Comparing registered models shows metrics diff only after individual models were loaded

### Issue Description

In SageMaker Studio model registry, you can compare two models like this:

However, once you click 'compare', you don't see all metrics of the models. I.e. below, the version 7 metrics are not shown.

This only changes when you went to click on the model details and the metrics were loaded and you go back.

### Expected Behavior

Showing all metrics without having to manually loading them first.

No model metrics are loaded.

Start by reproducing the issue in Amazon SageMaker Studio's model registry: compare two registered models before opening either model's details, then repeat after loading an individual model's metrics.
