Description

Hey, I just tried SageMaker Studio Space. It was simple enough to spin up a JupyterLab app.
What I miss is a simple idle shutdown config.

I know that you have it documented for your domains... this issue report is not for that!
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/studio-updated-idle-shutdown.html

I suggest that you add a top level option when you create a space, or when you start the app.
Otherwise the web console association between the Domain and the Space is very foggy and at the end of the day I don't care how it is called. I just want to set and idle shutdown for my JupyterLab. I believe that it is a fairly common use case.

Research direction

The payload names no repository files, tests, or entry points; begin with the SageMaker Studio idle-shutdown documentation linked in the issue and the Space or app creation flow. Done means a clearly specified, user-visible idle-shutdown setting for an individual JupyterLab Space or app, with its scope and behavior documented.
