Allow sharing lists of pipelines with colleagues

### Description

When I open `https://studio-d-***.studio.us-west-2.sagemaker.aws/pipelines/` page I see a list of all pipelines. Than I typically apply a filter to show my pipelines only. I can not share the same list of pipelines with colleagues though i.e. if I copy the url of the page with my pipeline filter applied and paste it in another window the filter is lost.

Please, save the state of pipeline grid filter in the url.
