The list of pipelines on SageMaker UI does not store it's state.

### Issue Description

Open Sagemaker Studio
Click on "Pipelines" in the left-side menu.
Use an arrow to switch to the second page of the grid view "Page 2 of 10"
Click on a single pipeline.
Click "Back" in browser to return to the pipelines grid.

### Expected Behavior

Going back should take me back to "Page 2 of 10:

### Observed Behavior

I see "Page 1 of 10".

Reproduce the problem in Amazon SageMaker Studio by opening Pipelines, moving to page 2, opening a pipeline, and using the browser Back action. Done means returning to the pipelines grid preserves the previously selected page instead of resetting to page 1.
