### Description

Currently, I'm not able to see, through SageMaker studio UI, shared sagemaker pipelines (in another aws account). I have followed this [guide](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/build-and-manage-xaccount.html#:~:text=You%20can%20use%20cross-account%20support%20for%20Amazon%20SageMaker,you%20securely%20share%20your%20pipeline%20entities%20across%20accounts.) to give cross account access, and I can make API calls to see details of the shared pipeline.

For the Models section, I can see that there is an option to see shared models and my models, see example:

I'm requesting to have something similar to Models, but for SageMaker Pipelines, so one can access and view through the UI the shared SageMaker Pipelines, as right now this is only accessible through the aws cli.

Research direction

Start with the linked AWS cross-account SageMaker pipeline guide and compare the existing Models UI, API behavior, and CLI access for shared resources. Define the UI behavior for discovering and viewing pipelines shared from another account, including the expected permissions, and consider the work complete when shared pipelines are visible in SageMaker Studio.
