### Issue Description
ResourceInUse
Unable to delete UserProfile [arn:aws:sagemaker:us-east-1:089497538711:user-profile/d-93ieiwizyjyp/default-20240725t130739] because App(s) are associated with it. Amazon SageMaker Studio Classic can not be opened for this user so that means the apps is corrupted but stil cannot be deleted
### Expected Behavior
Amazon SageMaker Studio Classic should be open but shows error for this user
