Remove the Failed CI test result in us-west-2

**What aspects of the notebook can be improved?**
When you preview the notebook we see "Failed" which does not encourage people to try it.

Please remove the failed version and update a new version with complete instead.

Open the linked notebook at sagemaker_processing/scikit_learn_data_processing_and_model_evaluation/scikit_learn_data_processing_and_model_evaluation.ipynb and review its current preview or stored result. Identify how the failed us-west-2 result is represented, update it with a complete result, and verify that the notebook preview no longer shows “Failed”.
