[Bug Report] Chained Streaming Labeling Job Issue

**Describe the bug**
I am running a example notebook above, using the DEFAULT = True. I have replaced the WORKTEAM)ARN with my private team arn and I left the rest as per the example. The jobs are generated fine, SNS and SQS setup correctly. However, when I push the first image ( as per the example) via the SNS the job object count increases ( which is expected) BUT it displayed failed on the console. I am not sure what is the issue.

Start with ground_truth_labeling_jobs/ground_truth_streaming_labeling_jobs/ground_truth_create_chained_streaming_labeling_job.ipynb and reproduce the first-image flow using DEFAULT = True and the private work team ARN. Inspect the SageMaker console result along with the SNS and SQS setup, then collect the missing logs or notebook output. Done means the first pushed image creates a job that does not fail, or the failure cause is documented.
