Batch transform with custom container

I have my own inference script (scoring script) to generate predictions from deployed model. I have also trained the model using sagemaker only.

1. Can someone tell me how to setup batch transform if i have my own container for prediction ?
2. Also is it posiible to setup an endpoint for batch transform job, which can be triggered from any ooutside web application ?
