Documentation Identity Center

I'm attempting to use the driver on windows with AWS Identity Center. We already have user set with roles that match up to our Redshift access that we use for Query Editor V2. However the documentation isn't really clear on setting this up. I though it be through CLI profiles as that what we use for most of our SSO, but that doesn't seem to work. Hoping that the docs can be update with some examples.

Start by reviewing the existing Windows and CLI-profile documentation for AWS Identity Center setup in the driver. Done means adding concrete setup examples and clearly explaining whether CLI profiles work for this authentication flow and how it relates to Redshift access.
