Research direction

Start by reproducing the model-list difference between Kiro IDE and kiro-cli version 2.12.2 after running q doctor and q restart. Compare the available models and determine whether the discrepancy is caused by account entitlement or CLI behavior; done means explaining the difference or making the CLI expose the entitled models.
