Kiro CLI terminal integrations: kiro-cli-term is not running in this terminal, please try restarting your terminal

### Operating system

Linux 6.17.0-22-generic - Ubuntu 25.10

### Expected behaviour

Ability to launch kiro-cli

### Actual behaviour

App does not start and doctor shows title error

### Steps to reproduce

Have reinstal - same issue
