/agent generate command fails with no such file or directory

### Operating system

Linux 6.6.87.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2 - Arch Linux

### Expected behaviour

After running `/agent generate` and filling in the prompts, an agent file would be generated for me.

### Actual behaviour

I also noted that I am unable to select global for a workspace. Pressing the arrow down does nothing.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Run `/agent generate`
2. Fill in an agent name
3. Fill in an agent description
4. Select Local for scope and click enter
5. There is a pause for about 10 seconds and then the `Failed to execute command` error is displayed
